My illness comes with a lot of immune system problems, and though I don't specifically have Lupus (i.e. my immune system does not attack my body) I feel like I have almost no immune system at all, so whenever I get even a cut or a graze, it takes forever to heal. So seeing as Lupus is an immune-problem illness, so to speak, does anyone have any advice on good ways to boost your immune system?
Vitamin C is the best way to boost your immune system. You can get it in strawberries, oranges, artichokes, broccoli, and probably a lot of other fruits and vegetables, or you can just get a liquid form of vitamin C.

I'm doing the Vitamin C thing to death!! I have a fairly varied diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, and I try and top up most days with C tablets, but I'm not even sure if it's doing anything. Never mind.
