I just started yoga about a week ago. I was having a lot of problems with stiffness in my joints in the morning and evening. The stiffness has already begun to subside. Of course, the discipline associated with relaxation, breathing, and stretching has made me feel so much better overall.
A friend of mine teaches yoga. She has fibro and arthritis, She says it helps her a lot, She taught me some. But I can't get in a lot of the positions.
