“I have lupus Nephritis and have had trouble walking due to the pain in my joints, and holding things as joints in the hands bad. also had kidney biopsey as kidneys not funtioning properly. high blood preasure due to my kidneys. trouble sleeping and depression. Mood changes.”

    Hang in there I feel your pain had the same thing about 8 years ago am doing fine just take it easy.Be kind to yourself and don't do anything stressful.Not good for the blood pressure and the kidneys.Try to keep calm when life is stressful and you feel like your going to get angry try to walk to your room and lock the door.

    as bad as pred may seem it is saving your life... i have been on it for 5 years now and will probably never come off... it sucks.. but as the lower the dosages become the easier it is to kick off the stubborn weight....

    I have a friend named Linda that was over the support group in Tampa Florida, she had Lupus Nephritis and was unconious for a long time.....she is a real go getter now.  if you want I will ask Linda to talk to you about her diagnoises and what her doctor did for her....
