When the wolf attacks

I had "lupus" ulcers all over my lips and inside my mouth. This is after i woke up and my lips were stuck together with blood that seeped out whilst aslee. Accompanied by all over face rash.

    This is how my flares start! everybody always thinks I have Herpes. :( It makes me sad that the public is so uneducated in regards to Lupus.

    Does that happen often to Lupus people as I dont get that 1 thank God!
